Requirements:
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in a fast paced production shop.
- Must have own tools and equipment.
- Familiarity with waterborne product lines especially BASF.
- Expert skills in color matching.
- Work well within a team environment.
- Continuing training through BASF and I-CAR.
- Master of efficiency and waste reduction.
